Mary Abruzzese is Awarded the “Volvo Excellence” Title

Congratulations to Lehman Volvo Cars' Sales Consultant, Mary Abruzzese, for nationally ranking in the top 100 Volvo Sales Consultants for the entire year of 2018.

"As a sales consultant, my job is to make the car buying process as easy as possible,” states Mary Abruzzese. “This starts the moment someone walks onto the lot, and continues until well after their new Volvo is burning gas.”

The “Volvo Excellence” program challenges Volvo Cars sales consultants to demonstrate excellence in key performance areas including new vehicle sales, customer care and a commitment to learning and development. The ranking is determined by certain criteria, one of which is the Sales Consultant's Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI). The challenge concluded on December 31st of 2018.

“I'm very fortunate to have many clients who have purchased multiple Volvo's from me over the years. I'm extremely proud to be the recipient of the 2018 Volvo Excellence Award,” says Mary.

Here is your Volvo Safety...

What you see above is the result of an accident between a tractor trailer, a Volvo XC60...and another tractor trailer. If you think the end result is devastating, just be aware...the driver and passenger of the Volvo XC60 walked away from this accident with only minor injuries. This accident happened in Brussels a couple of days ago, here is some of the report from their newspaper: A car containing a mother and daughter crashed into the back of a truck. The vehicle disappeared completely under the rear end of the heavy truck. To make matters worse, a heavy truck crashed into the Volvo XC60 from behind. The result was a lot of scrap. The emergency services had to rescue the two women from the car, who were trapped for more than one hour. The fire brigade had to cut off the roof of the vehicle before being able to set them free.
