The launch of the all-new 2019 Volvo XC40 premium SUV is being accompanied by the launch of something else entirely: Care by Volvo, a new subscription service that will redefine the way people approach the process of buying vehicles. Care by Volvo will feature a national, flat-rate monthly fee that includes all of the traditional extras of buying a car, such as insurance, maintenance and down payments. It works very much like the subscription program used by many mobile phones. The process is free from negotiation and starts with the online order. Volvo Cars announced the new 2019 Volvo XC40, a premium compact SUV that will launch in the United States in the first quarter of 2018 as the first example of the Swedish automaker’s new 40-series model line.
