Meet Lance Griffin, Product & Technology Specialist at Lehman Volvo Cars

 

Join us as we extend a warm welcome to Lance Griffin, our new Product & Technology Specialist at Lehman Volvo Cars of Mechanicsburg! Lance joined our team in January 2024, bringing with him a wealth of knowledge from his time as a professional chef at several luxury resorts. Now, with a newfound passion for the automotive industry, we are thrilled to welcome him aboard and are confident that his unique expertise will meet the needs of our customers while also upholding Volvo’s longtime mission: to provide you with the freedom to move in a personal, sustainable, and safe way.

Being a Product & Technology Specialist, Lance spends a significant amount of time learning the ins and outs of the latest Volvo technology, from safety features to infotainment systems. He then works directly with customers to provide them with expert guidance on these exact innovations by performing product demonstrations and addressing any inquiries to help simplify the learning curve.

A keen eye for detail and a genuine desire to serve others through educational means are key qualities Lance has embodied throughout his experiences. But these aren’t the only areas Lance is passionate about, as he also finds joy in traversing the great outdoors alongside his beloved wife and faithful canine companion!

 Our aim is to always provide our customers with the best prices and service. Effective Monday, April 1, 2024 our Service & Parts department will be operating under the following new hours:

Monday — 7:30am - 5pm

Tuesday — 7:30am - 5pm

Wednesday — 7:30am - 5pm

Thursday — 7:30am - 5pm

Friday — 7:30am - 5pm

Saturday — 8am - 12pm

Sunday — Closed

Our new hours will allow us to be available when our clients need us most. If these changes cause any inconvenience, please let your dealership representative know in-store or by calling (717) 691 - 8400. We thank you for your support and greatly appreciate your understanding as we seek to make this new transition.

Here is your Volvo Safety...

What you see above is the result of an accident between a tractor trailer, a Volvo XC60...and another tractor trailer. If you think the end result is devastating, just be aware...the driver and passenger of the Volvo XC60 walked away from this accident with only minor injuries. This accident happened in Brussels a couple of days ago, here is some of the report from their newspaper: A car containing a mother and daughter crashed into the back of a truck. The vehicle disappeared completely under the rear end of the heavy truck. To make matters worse, a heavy truck crashed into the Volvo XC60 from behind. The result was a lot of scrap. The emergency services had to rescue the two women from the car, who were trapped for more than one hour. The fire brigade had to cut off the roof of the vehicle before being able to set them free.
