Volunteering at AACA competitions as a judge, Doug sees his fair share of vintage cars. “Every antique car has a story, and that’s what I love,” he states. History had always been Doug’s favorite subject growing up, and it still continues to influence him today. Combining his friendly personality and his passion of cars, it was an obvious choice for Doug to make a career out of automotive sales. Mike Dugan joined the Lehman Volvo Cars of Mechanicsburg team earlier this month as a Sales Consultant.  Mike’s outgoing personality and selfless attitude makes him an excellent addition to the Lehman family! With roughly 20 years of sales experience under his belt, Mike understands the importance of providing the highest level of customer service to his clients.  Mike began his automotive sales career in 2012, and is now returning after taking a 3 year hiatus in which he coached the varsity wrestling team at his son’s high school.  “There is nothing more important than family,” says Mike Dugan. “My son and I developed a special bond in those three years when I was the wrestling coach, and I wouldn’t trade those moments in for anything.” Mike’s son recently graduated high school and is currently serving his country in the U.S. Air Force active duty.  Mike has always been a “car guy,” and admits that the P1800 is his all-time favorite Volvo.  He is excite...

Congratulations to Lehman Volvo Cars' Sales Consultant, Pam Peffer, for nationally ranking in the top 100 Volvo Sales Consultants for 2016.  "Ranking among the top 100 Sales Consultants in the nation is a great honor," says Pam Peffer. "For me, the biggest compliment is when I receive a referral or a repeat client. It truly makes my day to see happy clients!" The “Sales Consultant Excellence” program challenges Volvo sales consultants to demonstrate excellence in performance, expertise and customer experience throughout the year.  The ranking is determined by certain criteria, one of which is the Sales Consultant's Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI).  The challenge concluded on January 3rd of 2017.
