Join Us as We Welcome Will Young to the Lehman Volvo Team

 

Joining in late August as a part-time receptionist, we are excited to be officially welcoming Will Young to the Lehman Volvo team as a Product & Technology Specialist!

Before joining our team, Will was a Messiah University graduate and served as an assistant coach for three years. He also spent time as a Marketing & Community Engagement Coordinator for The Peyton Walker Foundation, a local nonprofit based out of Camp Hill that seeks to increase awareness and survival rates for Sudden Cardiac Arrest.  

Now at Lehman Volvo, Will looks forward to stepping into a new role where he will be able to continue showing love and passion to the community.

In his role as a Product & Technology Specialist, Will dedicates himself to researching the latest safety and infotainment features in our Volvo lineup. He then demonstrates these features to customers when they take delivery of their Volvo, allowing them to feel well-informed and comfortable in their new Volvo the entire ride home.

When asked about his favorite Volvo, Will would say that it is by far the Volvo S60 Black edition, partly because it looks like the bat mobile (though it's his least favorite superhero).   

In his free time, Will enjoys playing basketball or watching sports; nearly anything sports-related, and Netflix. If anyone knows an interesting hobby, don’t hesitate to share it with him, as he’s always open to suggestions!

Here is your Volvo Safety...

What you see above is the result of an accident between a tractor trailer, a Volvo XC60...and another tractor trailer. If you think the end result is devastating, just be aware...the driver and passenger of the Volvo XC60 walked away from this accident with only minor injuries. This accident happened in Brussels a couple of days ago, here is some of the report from their newspaper: A car containing a mother and daughter crashed into the back of a truck. The vehicle disappeared completely under the rear end of the heavy truck. To make matters worse, a heavy truck crashed into the Volvo XC60 from behind. The result was a lot of scrap. The emergency services had to rescue the two women from the car, who were trapped for more than one hour. The fire brigade had to cut off the roof of the vehicle before being able to set them free.
